  12/6/12, 3:16 AM - Quick question, do you think the 02 Comte de Champagne will go well with Turkey dinner or is it still to young? Just got it and wondering whether to open it for the Christmas Turkey or not. Thanks for helping out!

  12/14/12, 11:35 AM - I think it´s really delicious right now, but there´s no question that it will have a long future. I would not hesitate to open a bottle for christmas if i had a bunch of it, but i´m not sure i would drink it with turkey right now. I would probably choose something a bit more mature.
