October 24, 2012 - Monitor this wine closely as it is highly evolving during the 1st 2 hours. At first it is very buttery and creamy in a malolatic kind of way, then the oak disappears and the citrus fruit/lemon/pear takes over with some sparkling minimality. Medium acidity and medium finish. Very very good. Drink now.
