  November 4, 2012 - Popped and poured at Chef's Station in Evanston. Dark purple appearing. Ripe fruit and a little tar on the nose. Initially a bit tight but after a little air settled into a nice bottle. Ripe dark fruit with a little must on the palate. Very smooth w a relatively long finish. Paired well with Rack of Lamb and Mediterranean spiced Lamb Sausage. Quite a bit of sediment.
