November 5, 2012 - Monday Wine Club (BYOB at Hawksmoor) (Hawksmoor Air Street): Wow. Silky smooth, great balance, and great fruit. Seamless, this should age gracefully, but to be honest, was drinking so well already. Great with the steak. My WOTN, and WOTN for the majority of the party of 8. The smoothness is the lasting memory, really remarkable. 95+

12/2/12, 1:51 PM - The other wines are posted on the even link in the note. Have had the ceretto barolo before, and the previous bottle i thought was better, but this time around the sassicaia outclassed the others. It was my first time having it, would love to try some with some age on it

12/2/12, 4:59 PM - Sassicaia is an amazing wine. I still have 2 bottles from 2007. Ceretto makes amazing barbarescos as well (the asili is fantastic). If you are on FB you can check out my wine group (Wine News). Regards from Puerto Rico.
