  November 10, 2012 - Pinot Noir from Pupillin, a small village close to Arbois, famous for wines made of Ploussard grapes. Certified biodynamic producer but no "bio" scents. Just lots of Jura limestone minerals and acidity from light red fruit like cranberries, red currant and wild strawberries. So pure and obvious. For the soul.
