  November 7, 2012 - I have waited a LOOOONG time for this baby to get drinkable. It has probably been 4 or 5 years since I had tried one. All earlier tastings were dreadful - green pepper, herbal, tannic. But, wow, was I surprised now. Balanced, tannins have resolved (lots of sediment!) and fruit finally is visible. Soft, mature cabernet. Not sure how long it will stay this way. I have one left and will be drinking it soon.
