  Tasted non blind. Opened and glass decanted 30 minutes before serving. Followed over about two hours.
  
  Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of saddle leather, Kirsch, a bit of florals and wet stones. Flavors of tart raspberries, berries and a bit of red cherries. Medium to tart acidity, medium to firm tannins, full bodied. Drink or hold.
