  November 23, 2012 - From .375ml bottle. Somewhat primary without giving a lot. Medium sweet flavors of pineapple and dried apricot. Not much acid but it's there enough to keep the wine from being cloying. I'm not convinced that this will build enough weight with age to be a great Sauternes, but it would be pleasant with foie gras.
