  December 1, 2012 - I knew this wine was young so we opened it about 4 hours before decanting for another hour. All I can say is WOW Joe is doing a great job!!!! As the others I immediately sensed cherries and raspberries on the nose. It was fruity at first but really settled down after the decant. Super smooth, delightful in the mouth you get the fruit, but not overpowering. Long, nice finish, it seemed to disappear from the mouth. We had it with emu pork for Thanksgiving dinner...Outstanding
