  February 15, 2007 - Decanted for 1 hour and had with a fabulous steak dinner on Valentine's Day... what a treat. A magnificent wine with so much texture, multiple layers of flavor, and a killer finish... I can see why WS rated this as (I believe) their Wine of the Year. Mangolian's notes from 10/21/2006 are very similar, almost identical to what I would say, though I'm not sure if it needs another year. I think it's good to go right now and if you happen to have a bottle or two consider yourself very lucky. Do yourself a favor and "give it a burl" (as the Aussies would say).
