  December 6, 2012 - Like below, needed 3 hours to open up. Have saved a little bit for tomorrow just to see what happens. But what a lovely petit sirah, with a long, rich finish, a surprisingly robust fruit core for its age...tempered by the earth/leather. Just a pleasure to drink, but please wait a few hours. Curious what tomorrow will hold. Wish I had more.
