  December 15, 2012 - It was perfect timing for this wine, both bottles. At peak, and I think they should be drinked now. It took like an hour to open up and start developing those woody, floral aromas in full. Fresh, the exact balance between wood and wild berries. The level of acidity was perfect, and was a great companion for a very long dinner with very good friends.
