  December 23, 2012 - Chilled and pop/poured for fear too much air would blow all goodness off. Really nice initial bacon nose and some light funk which quickly blew off converting the initial mineral/tight finish to a lengthy viscous palate coater that kept hanging on delivering slightly tart light citrus and bacon on finish. I dont think it will improve so drink it if you have it. Was my last and it was a good ride.
