  December 21, 2012 - A sublime magnum that was delicate enough for seafood appetizers and stood up well with a peppered tuna steak. It was the only wine in recent memory that spewed an aroma several feet away from the bottle (bread dough, citrus). It was good from the first sip (strong citrus) to the last (citrus, creamy, and a hint of cinnamon). If I get another magnum, I'll wait more patiently to drink it as every sip was a facinating evolution. Powerful, balanced...what a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the Mayan calendar and the great run of Kinkead's seafood restaurant.
