  January 1, 2013 - Disgorgement September 2011 - 4391 - L-SC04-12. Citrus zest, mandarin oranges, golden apple, chalk, ginger, honey, and Thai basil. Fine bubbles, creamy mousse and extremely well balanced. Beautiful and complex 30+ second finish. A bit young for my palate, will not be touching another bottle for a minimum of 2 years.
