  January 6, 2013 - Every time I took a sip, my initial impression was that this was going to be much too sweet, and then every time it would pull out of the sickly death spiral and become quite gentle and fruity. Quite a neat trick. But a little wearying. This is my first ever note, I will try and be a little mor thorough next time.
