  March 1, 2007 - Wonderful, if too young. Deep violet and I mean violet, it is a BIG, BIG shiraz. All berries on the nose, with spice, on the palate it explodes and fills the mouth with berries and spice. It will mellow with age, but it’s so joyously large now, there may not be many bottles left when it hits its prime. This is what Shiraz ought to be about.
