January 15, 2013 - A bit more evolved colour than Altero. Moderately sweet and spicy nose with black cherries and blueberry jam, cloves, burnt earth, spruce, good intensity and complexity. Elegant, velvety, complex, very harmonious palate with all sorts of sweet, tart and tannic black berries, a touch spicy, med+ body. Very long. Fruity finish. Not a top tier, but a very nicely balanced wine, perfectly shaped, very long. Even better kept for another 5 years.
