  January 17, 2013 - Medium brown color. Complex yet youthful aromas of coffee, roasted nuts, caramel and sweet tea. Rich, incredibly intense, complex fruit in the mouth with outstanding depth, profound acidity and a long, lingering, bittersweet finish. Outstanding now but should improve with another 6-12 months of gradual aeration!
