  January 19, 2013 - Cool restrained and elegant nose, which becomes more complex with air and warmth turning to citrus, minerals and a hint of toffee. Very lithe in the mouth with fresh acidity. Not overly complex and perhaps lacks a bit of energy to be at the top of the tree but a delicious and elegant drink.
