  January 19, 2013 - Lovely. Honey, citrus zest tartness and acidity. Not syrupy or cloying at all. Fantastic with baked apple crisp dessert that was heavy on vanilla and cinnamon. There's a little spiciness to it that went well with the cinnamon and creaminess in the dessert. Not so great with chocolate cream pie but still enjoyable. Definitely better with apples.
