  January 22, 2013 - The last of a six pack drank since late 2010. Splash decanted and was concerned about overly sweet fruit aromas coming from the decanter. Poured off a small glass and first taste impression was the same.
  
  After some air, though, there was more depth with some cedar lingering in the background. It never moved forward from there, but the sweeter dark colored fruit became much more integrated. Definitely not complex, and perhaps a little simple (by the numbers), but an enjoyable mid-week wine to accompany dinner.
  
  While the wine opened up quickly, it also didn't fall off at the end of the bottle either. It will not improve much but still has a couple years to run before it starts falling off.
