  January 22, 2013 - altho it had a chance to breath for only an hour, it had the expected big round blast that so often accompanies those reds with 16% ! alcohol. It rounded out nicely with very soft finish on the back end but I think part of that was the very creamy Quebec cheese plate and meaty hot pot of chili that was served.
