  January 26, 2013 - Decanted for an hour and consumed with dinner and through the evening. This bottle is still in good shape. Smooth medium body with soft but persistent tannins holding through a medium finish. Quite pleasant with wine braised beef short ribs and had plenty of body to stand up to the rich meat.
