  January 26, 2013 - Not your fruity bombastic Cali Syrah. Very restrained nose with pepper/garrigue element. Light bodied with brisk acidity; nice red fruit and olive on the palate. Unique syrah compared to my usual suspects (Saxum, Jaffurs, Tensley, Carlisle) and, although not unpleasant, not in my wheelhouse right now.
