  January 30, 2013 - really interesting! nutty and slightly waxy on the nose, like an older savennieres, bold, broad and a bit of a monolithic (initially) on the palate, but yielding eventually to back-end secondary notes and a pleasant fizz. i've never aged a txakolina but this wine makes me want to give it a try. too bad i only bought one bottle!
