March 6, 2007 - I couldn't help myself... I had two bottles of this and figured that since BBQ'd lamb was on the dinner menu (I'm eternally grateful to my Aussie wife who loves to cook lamb!) we needed to check this one out. I admit that opening it now was a bit early - I agree with other CT members who suggested it will get better with age - which is why I'm glad I have another bottle. But oh, was this a delicious drop to enjoy, especially with lamb. That said, I'd recommend a good 3+ years of cellaring.
