  February 4, 2013 - Just starting to hit its stride - the bitter extraction has fallen away, yielding a high-acid, mouth-watering delightful grape-citrus-red-fruit palate-cleansing effect that is addictive on its own and easily couples well with a great number of foods. This is not a particularly "plush" wine, but it's clean and zippy! I wish I had more!
