  February 5, 2013 - I had promised myself that I would try to make these bottles of Solera last a year. Here it is only February and they are halfway gone. Why? The outstanding and unique rasiny delights of this dessert wine are simply irresistible to me. Nothing else like this in the world. So stoicism loses out to hedonism. The time to enjoy is ... Now!
