  February 1, 2013 - Gave this an 1.5 hr decant in a big magnum decanter which was optimal. Still very dark and intense & fresh with just hints of secondary flavors. Balanced and powerful without any jammy overripe characteristics. I suspect this is a wine that will surprise many with it's potential long life. This has settled in to a good place in it's evolution.
