  February 14, 2013 - Another great bottle we pulled out to make room for new additions. You gotta love progress. Opened and let it breath for 90 mins. Nice fruit nose with currant & spice. Dark color with a nice fruit in the body and classic Zin finish. A perfect pairing for a NY Strip to celebrate Valentines Day. It only grew better over the next 2 hours.
