    February 19, 2013 - This is unusual! Nose of fermented apple, a fine impression of nuttyness, almond paste, pickle water, the smell of hot sand, on the back end a mediciny component and a brandy touch to it. On the palate this wine at first strongly resembles of a Manzanilla Sherry, raisins and walnuts. A powerful wine (15% vol.) with a strong and gripping acidity, and clearly yeasty flavours on the back-end (like top-fermented Belgian beer).
