  February 22, 2013 - The wine has a nice bittersweet nose (like in Pinot Blanc wines) and a medium lasting taste of herbal- and tropic fruit flavours. The grape of the wine is called Incrocio Manzoni, which is named after the professor that mixed Pinot Blanc and Riesling into this interesting variety.
