  February 21, 2013 - Violets and leather. Truffles and flowers. Tastes of black plum, spice, pepper, fig, and prunes. Herbal, eucalyptus, and hint of chocolate. This was very pretty and very drinkable now. A little fruity and will improve over time.

  3/3/13, 3:33 PM - Thanks for the notes on this wine. I have 3 bottles and am holding them in the cellar for complete integration. It looks as if things are coming along quite nicely. My cellar is pretty cool, so I probably will hold for another year or two before popping the first of the 3. Glad you had good results with your bottle this early.
