  February 28, 2013 - I will refrain from rating the wine, as it simply a style preference I do not enjoy. It would be irresponsible of me to offer an 82 point rating because this wine is too flamboyant, fruit forward, overly extracted, and too "hot". What did I expect from a Barossa Shiraz only a few years old? My fault. It's just not my style, but I think most would love it. I can't see this pairing well with any dinner. Drink on its own while the grill is warming up. Serve something more restrained with your steak. Unless you want to bury your steak in jam.
