February 10, 2013 - Slow ox for a few hours then an 1.5 hour decant. Once again WOW! I opened this in celebration in making the Saxum list. Lots of dark fruits & flavors. This still is a baby, but a lovely one. Will now start letting some get age on them now that I am on the list.
