  March 9, 2013 - Opened bottle 1 hour before meal - this needs some time - Bright cherry, red currants primarily on nose. On palate, cherry, dark cherry with some baking spice. Medium acidity, silky mouthfeel leading into a medium+ finish. Great with Salmon cooked on a plank on the grill.
