  March 10, 2013 - Color was salmony, almost pink.
  Great nose of dough, brioche and hazelnuts. Oxydative for sure.
  Good acidity and no bitterness though I wish it had a bit more body.
  Felt a bit too light in mouth compared to the power of its aromas
