  March 12, 2013 - My first time trying the Exquise and it was interesting to compare this demi-sec to the Initiale which I have had on numerous occasions. The addition of dosage (25gms?) was the main difference with the Initiale. Nose was yellow fruits like lemon, brown sugar, nuts, stone and minerals, with a caramelly finish. Palate had a nice complexity which was actually highlighted by the dosage and there were notes of apple, citrus, flowers and a soft creamy finish. Not quite as exciting as some of Selosse's other offerings but it was an interesting part of the lineup
