  March 12, 2013 - A very unexpected "wow"! Bold fruit right out of the bottle, but perhaps a bit too boozy for my taste. Decanting (aerating) really helped both mellow out the alcohol and bring out the subtly of flavors. And what flavor! Nice jammy red fruit with earthy undertones. Quite unexpected from a Merlot. Paired amazingly with a hearty lasagne (also unexpected). Wish we had another bottle, but the one we had was a gift. Buy it if you find it.
