  March 12, 2013 - Popped and poured. Love the nose - blackberry, pipe tobacco, and dark chocolate. Med-full bodied with initial blackberry/cassis flavors that shift to savory beef jus notes on the midpalate. Rounder than expected from a young Toro with fine tannins showing up late and leaving a chalky dryness in the back of the throat. I will taste again tomorrow as it presently seems slightly disjointed.
