  March 31, 2013 - Nose: Deep aromas of Creme Brulee and ripe lemons. Palate: Unfortunately this bottle seems flat as the acid levels are nowhere near the same as last bottle tasted on 8/15/11. The flavor profile is similar with the lemon and apple, but in the absence of ample acidity this effort is dissapointing in a comparative sense (last score was 92 pts.). Nonetheless a solid Chard but I hope my last bottle will yield better results.
