  April 6, 2013 - It's been nearly two years since I last had this wine, and time has been kind to it. The fruit has developed a smoky, earthy edge, and the overall palate impression has mellowed and become very rounded, with only a little kick of acidity on the finish. There's still quite a lot of fruit through to the finish. No danger of imminent collapse here, but I certainly see no reason to hold longer. It is drinking very, very well.
