    4/21/13, 8:41 AM - You mean oaky on palate? This wine is aged in stainless steel tanks only, so there's no way to find oak in palate and even less on nose. Maybe some "fat" on palate because of yeast?

    4/21/13, 11:48 AM - Always risky assuming oak, but it certainly appeared that way to me on the palate. I don't know many Chablis producers who are using only stainless now, with no barrel aging; if true for this wine maybe it's just the vintage character.

    4/21/13, 2:50 PM - Hello again. I wrote the comment because, aside of the oak thing, I was a bit surprised as I had the 08 of this wine but it was rigth the opposite: pungent, mineral, saline and probably on the "thin" side. Thanks for the feedback.
