April 13, 2013 - Slow O'd for a hour. Pretty-sweet red fruit, flowers, tar, olive tapenade, and dried herbs on a clean nose. The palate starts out light, clean, peppery, and juicy, then towards the mid and finish, this wines gets Giggy wit it and gets slutty! Earthy, funky, tobacco, rust/iron, ash, peppered mushroom, and darker fruit. Matched nicely with Pork tenderloin drizzled with maple syrup and mustard. A fun wine!
