  April 14, 2013 - Very rich of course (160 g/l). Lychee, honey and perhaps a hint of peach, almonds, and vanilla. Remarkable purity and precision. Fantastic now; can be kept.
  Drank on its own, though I have a feeling this will go well with panna cotta or with pear or nectarine tart.
  PS, it's sealed with a bit of wax on the top of the cork under the capsule. This give rise to a somewhat sticky feeling when rotating the capsule around the top of the bottle (I was worried for a moment before removing the capsule because you get a similar sticky feeling with seepage of wines with high sugar levels; cork and contents of the bottle were in top shape; happy end).
