  April 16, 2013 - Good intensity of black fruit and spice on the nose. Still mostly primary notes. Impressive concentration on the palate if lacking in real complexity at present. Fruit driven with well integrated oak spice and char flavours. A little herbaciousness but not much. Medium plus length. Tannins are softening well but still plenty of scope for future development. Would keep for further 3-4 years before opening another.
