  April 2, 2007 - Fine bouquet but with a noticeable bitter taste that rather spoils the overall effect. I agree with the earlier comment that the wine seems a bit thin initially but it fills out in the glass. I think the bitterness will probably disappear with further ageing, but it will need another 3 years.
