  May 6, 2013 - The wife and I are really enjoying this bottle. Fantastic nose of chocolate raspberries and hints of herbaceousness. It is drinking nicely as of now, with minimal time in the decanter. This could use some more bottle aging as its youthful characteristics are still present, but there is nothing objectionable about the flavor or structure at all. Quite wonderful, really, as I keep chugging along.
