  May 10, 2013 - Looked a little thin on the pour, but turned medium garnet in the glass. Lovely nose of orange, with a hint of strawberry and something green -- maybe kiwi or honeydew. Great to drink without food as there is little to no tannin. Pepper came out when paired with salmon with maple/mustard seed sauce and green beans with seasoned ham. We have another bottle that we brought back from NC and we are looking forward to enjoying it again.
